Johnson Up Day Down Day Diet & Lifestyle
I don't think I've posted here before. I forget what stats are requested, but all I know is that I'm 5'4" and since college, my top weight is about 148 lbs, low weight is about 120 lbs, and my current weight is around 135. Ideally I'd like to get to 115 (my weight in high school), but I'd be happy with 120-125ish.
Here's my question: the main reason I haven't tried JUDDD in the past is because I like to drink. Not necessarily every day, but enough that I prefer to do it more than every other day.
All of the sudden, I have to start going into work early on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so I'm planning to not drink Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.
I'm not saying I must drink on Friday AND Saturday! It's just that unless I make them both up days, I'd wind up alternating every week, which would sort of go against my intended plan.
So that's my question: If I do three down days and four up days every week, will that mess everything up?
